How do I Pay?

We have various methods of payment options available for your best convenience. You can pay using bKash, Online Banking, Debit/Credit Cards and obviously Cash on delivery.

What is the Delivery charge?

Delivery charge is inside Dhaka 80 taka and outside Dhaka 100 taka (Condition Apply)

How long does it take to deliver?

Inside Dhaka 1 day and outside Dhaka 2-3 days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once your order is confirmed & processed, you will get an invoice in your email

How do you deliver the products?

We do use 3rd Party Logistics Service to deliver your product inside Dhaka. Such as E-courier, Pathao, Paperfly etc.

For outside of Dhaka we mostly use Sundarban & SA paribahan (Parcel Service)

Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order?

No. You only pay what you see. However, if you choose home delivery then you shall have to pay an additional charge for the delivery.

Is your supplement product authentic?

Yes, our all products are 100% authentic.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

1. We have very good return policy. If anything, wrong with our product then within 2 to 3 days. We will send new product and during receiving new product you can return your old parcel but only in case your product has size problem and problem with fabric and goods but it has to be verified by ourselves and has to prove by the customer that the product or size has problem.

2. In case of size problem customer needs to pay 2nd time delivery charge.

3. In case of clothing after wash or damage by customer won’t be accepted.

4. In case of food supplement, if the tub or the packet is opened, it will not be returned.

5. In case of electronic product if the product is not working withing 7 days . we will change but customers need to prove that the product has really manufacturing problem otherwise it won’t be acceptable.

6. If you received a defective/damaged product due to delivery issue, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product on Facebook or call us, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. Every time Customer should check the product during receiving of product.
